It's one of those little shops that mostly works on one kind of car and does a phenomenal job. They've kept my 17-year-old Volvo station wagon - the car I learned to drive on - running. Things break on the car, of course, because it's so old. They've always explained exactly what they were doing and why, as well as what would happen if I didn't fix it. The prices have, in general, been really low, and the labor charges in particular are really reasonable. They're also very speedy. The real reason I think they're so great is that every time I go somewhere else, things go wrong with the repair. I don't understand the problem, they misdiagnose it, it takes three weeks to get it back, etc.

If you have a classic or older Volvo, this is the place to go. Steve runs this shop and is a treasure to find. Competent, knowledgeable service, reasonable prices (yeah, for a Volvo, amazing huh?). Treats female customers very well.
