Dwight and Kim came highly recommended as honest, decent people, and my two years experience with them has proved that out. I have taken the car to the dealer, who recommended thousands of dollars of repair, then taken it to them fully anticipating costly repairs, and they fixed it by repairing a wire or plugging something in that had been left unplugged (by the dealer). When there have been costly repairs, price matched estimates. On one occassion when I'd taken it in after the car stalled out, they were unable to find anything wrong, and didn't charge me at all. And maybe I'm a bit of a sexist at heart, but I kinda like having a woman work on my car. When I come into the shop, I don't feel that she sees me as another dumb broad she can get over on, which has been my experience with some repair people in the past.
