I never need to call Car Talk, because Tenney's takes such great care of me. I'm one of those women who doesn't know a tie-rod from a disc-brake and certainly don't know the correct name for car parts. In spite of that, they always take me seriously and do their best to figure out what I'm trying to describe. They give thorough explanations of what's absolutely needed versus what would be a good idea, if funds were no option =) and their prices are way more than fair. I drive a beater that most people would take to the junk yard. It's all I can afford and they do their best to keep my car safe and me on the road. I recently had a brake problem and the offending part is no longer available. They went to the junk yard, found a part that was close, machined it to fit and then only charged me for the actual cost of the part (12 bucks!!!). They are awesome!!
