I've suffered through the ownership of a 1996 Chrysler Town & Country (on the fourth transmission now at 174,000 miles). Unlike the local Chrysler dealership, which earns only #@$*&!#$'s with it's know-nothing mechanics, Tony at P.T. Automotive keeps me on the road at unbelievably reasonable prices. In fact, I'd estimate that he's put in more than 20 hours for which he's never charged me, trying to puzzle out some doozies of problems (like when a parts supplier mistakenly waterproofs key electrical connections that then intermittenly short out and stall the engine). The fact is, I've found human gold, an honest, reliable, and ridiculously inexpensive auto mechanic. Eureka!! When in Hilo, Hawaii, Tony is your man. Rick

They fixed my car overnight. I had a problem that other mechanics were unable to diagnose. P.T. figured it out immediately. They even had one of the two necessary parts in the garage, it had been taken off another vehicle, they gave that one to me for free and just charged me for the second new part. My car is fixed and has been running smoothly.
