This organization has taken care of all our hondas. Our 1994 had a "rubbing" noise in the left front wheel. Jeff, son of one of the owners rode with me and he diagnosed the noise as a plate that protects the wheel and brake assembly from road dirt and debris. The plate had bent or twisted slightly and Jeff put the car on the rack and bent the plate back into position. No charge have a nice day! These people do good professional work charge a fair price and they always seem very busy in their shop. We have been seeing them for all repairs since moving to Smyrna. I recommend them without hesitation to anyone with a Honda auto.

I have great admiration for HondaMotive where I have had my 1997 Honda Accord SE maintained since 2001. Here is a anectode that ended happily for me, three weeks ago. I had bought an air-freshner which needed to be clipped to any one of the air vents inside the car. I fixed it to the extreme left vent on the driver's side. During the evening of that day, there was a loud buzzing noise somewhere inside the car when it was started. A glance at the gauges showed that the engine seemed to be performing well. Accelerating or slowing did not change the intensity of the buzzing. The next day, I took it to HondaMotive. Gerry had a look at it. After about four minutes of listening to the buzzing with the engine running and seated inside the car, he made the correct diagnosis. The small bulbous plastic body of the air-freshner was pushing lightly on the sun-roof switch while the sliding panel below the sunroof, inside the car was closed. The buzzing came from the roof panel trying to open with the inside panel closed. Gerry said, "Off you go, its fixed, Hundred bucks!" He settled for a box of oatmeal cookies, the next day! It is a pleasure to take my car in to him and his partner Gene for maintenance work. If only Gene would change his name to Ben!! They might get a franchise. Wilfred. Marietta, GA

Gene and Jerry still are a great team and Ive absolutely no reservation recommending them to motorists who need repairs. Even their cheery and vivacious receptionist, Sarah, is quite good with making some diagnostics but more importantly, she maintains meticulous and accurate repair records.

I drive a 1998 Honda Accord and was having some issues with the car turning off when driving at high speeds. Jerry suggested I call Honda to find out about a recall. As it turns out, their was a recall and Jerry saved me lots of time and money. While he did not service my car (b/c the dealer did the recall work for free), I will bring my car to him the next time I have an issue. It is rare that you find a mechanic who is honest.

This automotive shop is fantastic! I'd been looking for a good mechanic in the area of Atlanta I live in, and I was way overdue for major service, the kind you're supposed to get at 120,000 miles, performed on my 2004 Honda Accord. They did a lot of work and were able to do it fast. I think the price they charged is more than fair, as the same service at the Honda dealership near me would have cost between 150 to 200 dollars more. My car is running great. I liked this place and will definitely return for future service.
