I stopped in today for a tire issue. They were fairly busy and recommended I go down the road to another place since all I needed was a quick patch. It's so rare you get an honest recommendation. They did not get my business that day, but I will certainly be stopping by the next time I have work to be done.

I've used Motorcars exclusively for 6 years now (after seeing glowing reviews on a local consumer site) and cannot recommend them highly enough. We tend to play musical cars in my family, and they've serviced three of our Toyotas and two Acuras, and we've been more than satisfied with every repair. Tony and Walt are wonderfully patient when explaining the problems and fixes, and are happy to tell you when they believe that the repair either isn't immediately necessary or worth the expense (because the car is too old, etc.), or when it is absolutely critical to avoid imminent harm. I've recently relocated to VA and still try to put off repairs until I'm home visiting family in GA and can take the car into Motorcars. Prices are reasonable (at one point I was quoted $1500 for suspension repairs at the dealer and had it done for just over $600 at Motorcars), and the hours and location are accessible. Try them- you won't be disappointed!
