The owner, Ted Svedres, and his crew are extremely knowledgable with foreign makes that other shops in the area really don't know how to diagnose and repair. Thier rates are much better than a dealer's and they always take the time to explain the issue, offer options, and generally let you know what's going on. The work quality is second to none: you get the feeling that your car is the center of their universe. I know from owning my Jaguar that when these cars are tuned correctly (meaning not only engine but also suspension, alignment, etc.) they are a dream. When they are off even just a little, they are not so great. This shop also realizes this, so they do not mind you being a bit nit picky about how things are done and telling them about how the car "feels." Ted really loves exotic autos, probably more so than some owners. He keeps up with all the technical bulletins. He has an instinctual way of determining where an obscure issue may be originating which is certainly a comfort to those of us who do not. If you own a European auto in Savannah, check them out.
