I have been to the shop 3-4 times and have always been pleasantly surprised by their diagnosis, ie, it's always been cheaper than I expected.

Took a newly purchased "well used" Chevy Lumina to Crossroads with an engine stumble driveablity problem. They troubleshot and John called me to advise what they believed the problem was and gave me two courses of action that would isolate and fix the problem. A cost estimate was provided prior to my decision. Their diagnosis was right on and the problem was fixed. The final bill was exactly as quoted in their original estimate. They also fixed at no cost a secondary problem in the emissions system that had caused the "Service Engine Soon" light to come on. There was absolutely no pressure to sell me any service or repair other than what I had requested. This was my first visit to their garage and I got professional service at a fair price. Hard to come by in this day & time. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys have never been anything but straight shooters for me and everyone I have referred to them. Once, when they could not fix the problem themselves (transmission), they sent me to the right people with the info in hand to ensure I got what I needed at a fair price. And, they didn't charge me for their own diagnostic time spent determining what was wrong. Even though their shop has grown in size and business since opening, they still take the time to treat their customers with respect and attention. Great customer service attitude.

If you are looking for an honest repair shop... this is the place. I have been going there for several years.
