The owner and staff of Quality Muffler are all exceptionally friendly, yet very professional. I am the proud owner of a '75 Plymouth Valiant (cool old Brougham package--velour bucket seats!)and they always bug me to hurry up with what little restoration needs to be done to the body. I am, I suppose, more knowledgeable than most women when it comes to that voodoo under the hood of a car--by the grace of God and my trusty Haines manual (not to mention the fact that CAR TALK has taught me oodles of stuff!), and these fellas respect that and do not condescend to me like some mechanics have done in the past. I always wind up staying long after my repairs are done, talking MOPAR with the guys, or whether or not it's a good idea to install coil-over shocks on the rear of my car to compensate for old, decrepit, slightly sagging leaf-springs, and stuff-else like that. If I have any questions about ANYTHING (how do I do this? how do I do that? why? can I watch? why do you say that all Fram filters suck? what kind do you reccommend instead?) they will answer them without being patronizing. Really good folks, I think!
