I had my car to 3 different shops, that gave me three different stories. OPM showed me how they read the computer diagnostics, quoted an accurate reasonable price and fixed it right the first time.

My first experience with OPM was when I was new to GA and had no idea where to have my Honda Accord serviced. I was driving near their shop when my car started making a horrible shreking noise. I stopped at their shop. I spoke with a gentleman that took the car right in. He looked at it for several minutes and found that a belt needed to be adjusted. He did it and did not charge me anything. I tried to pay him but he refused. He said all I ask is that when you need service, please come back. I had them do a routine maintenace on the car later. They were very price competitive and told me everything was in order on the car. I had no surprises when I picked up the car. Shortly after that I sold the Honda and bought a brand new Mazda so I had no reason to return there until...6 years later. My teenage daughter purchased a 1989 Acura Integra. Before we purchased, I took the car to their shop with only a few hours notice and they spent more than an hour going over the car to tell me in full detail everything that could possibly be wrong with the car. As it turns out, they recommended I purchase the car for my daughter even though it was already 12 years old. My daughter has now driven the car for more than a year and we have had no mechanical problems. They charged just $50.00 for that service. I thought it was a great deal for the amount of time they spent on the car. And obviously they were right about the car...Knock on wood we have not had any problems. I am a female and on more than one occassion I have left a automobile service center feeling taken... I truly believe that good, honest folks run OPM.
