If you like Tom & Ray Magliozi, then you'll love these two guys. Howard & Harold Porter have been working on cars and trucks since before they could drive. They operate a small shop near Peachtree Dekalb Airport in Chamblee, GA. The best part about these guys is that they are honest. Their shop is sorta hidden so all their business comes by word of mouth and referals. They are always busy so it is to their advantage to get your car fixed right the first time and move to the next customer. They simply don't have time to fix things that don't need to be fixed. If they see that something is wearing out, they always give me advance warning so I can plan ahead. THey keep up with most manfacturer service advisories, so if something might be covered by the manufacturer they will advise me to take to a dealer to be done for free. I was refered to Porter's Auto Service 11 years ago and have been going there ever since. I have refer others to them several times and have never heard of any one else who was not happy to meet these guys.
