Considering the amount of work they were doing on my truck, I was a bit skeptical when I asked how long it would take and they told me 3 or 4 hours. They replaced my starter and radiator, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and fuel filter. I've had places that took more than twice that time for half the work. So when the call came in and the truck was actually ready, I was quite impressed. I had this truck for 10 years and with 273,000 miles on it, I was sure it was on its last legs. I was only hoping to breath enough life in it to last another 6 months or so. When I got my truck back, it was running as if nothing were ever wrong with it and I'm confident that it will last me at least another couple of years. Also, my wife had work done on her car a few weeks earlier and was so impressed with them that she insisted I use them instead of another shop closer to home. Since she is generally a pushover for getting ripped off by mechanics, this was definitely worth considering. The staff there was very courteous and professional, listened to what I had to say, explained anything I wasn't sure of and took me back in the shop to point out any problems. Their waiting area had comfortable seats, some decent magazines to read, and hot fresh coffee. I've been to 4 other shops in the area and of them all, this one was by far superior.
