I first visited D&D (Danny Goodman, owner) after I bought our second Triumph TR-3A and ran into mechanical problems beyond my ability to fix. Discovered that Danny had foreign car experience in Atlanta and knew about TRs -- important, since that made it 5 people in this town who did, with 4 in our home. (Most people thought it was an MG.) Over abt 30 years Danny has worked on our Plymouth Valiant, Ford Fairlane, the TR, a Datsun 510, 626, and more recently an '88 CRX and 2000 Honda Accord. Only once has he failed me... when he didn't have the special tool needed for a fix. He has also identified warranty work that he =could= do, but wouldn't because if done at a Honda dealer (70 miles away in Brunswick for us) it wouldn't cost me anything but the drive down and back. I'm "assuming" (yes, I know how to parse that) Danny will "respond well when something is screwed up"; I really don't have any experience with that, since he hasn't for us.
