I started using Butler because I had heard of their work and I am not sorry I did! They have done all the repairs to my pathetic Honda and recently on my wife's Grand Prix. Not only do they tell you what they are going to do before they do it, but they provide advice on work. Not only that but they told me when I moved 60 miles away that they would come and get my cars if I needed work and deliver them back to me! Talk about taking care of a customer.

After starting a new job in downtown Augusta, I asked co- workers for a recommendation for auto repair. A few recommended Ed at Butler Automotive on Reynolds Street. I've had my Ford Escape in for a few minor repairs and Ed Butler, Keith the manager, and Jeff at the front desk explain everything, give a fair price, stick to that price, deliver when promised, and even give me a ride to work and back. I just brought in my wife's Lexus for a check, and they found nothing wrong -- and didn't charge me anything. Butler Automotive is highly recommended.
