Car would not start when tried a couple of times, but started on the third try. They replaced a starter part based on the feedback from the diagnostic program they ran. The car appeared to be fixed, but two weeks later, the car again would not start and we determined the problem was a dying/dead battery. We jumped the car and took it back to them. They replaced the battery and made sure that the CD changer was not draining the battery. They did not charge us any labor for putting in the battery and making sure that the battery was the problem. The shop owner also took time to explain to me and to my husband (at separate times) the diagnostic process and how the failing battery could avoid detection. They were very fair (i.e. honest) in handling the issue. They also were very quick turning the car around. We have also used their repair shop on Piedmont Road and had a good experience there as well.
