I stumbled on this shop when visiting Sarasota from out of town during spring break. I needed some emergency repair work done on my 2004 Toyota Sienna and not knowing any mechanics in the area I pulled this place out of the phone book. I was extremely impressed and surprised by how good this shop was and how quickly they diagnosed my problem and had the repair work done. And for a LOT less money than I was expecting. The shop is spotless as has all the latest equipment. And the mechanics are as talented as any I've seen anywhere. The seemed to have a lot of female clients so it must also be a comfortable place for women to take their cars. Not every shop is. If I could take this shop and move it to my home town in Texas I'd do it in a heartbeat. Highly recommended if you need a mechanic in the Sarasota area.

With only one day left before leaving town with our newly acquired '92 Lincoln, Lowe's was the only place we could find that would look at our car right away and help us figure out what was wrong with it (various electrical components were not working). For just the cost of one hour's labor ($85 in 02/2010), they looked over the car, told us what was broken, what was worth fixing and what things would be very costly to diagnose, giving us the option to decline further expenditures. Although the only thing they actually fixed was a burned out tail light, they gave us valuable information for a reasonable price and saw us immediately. Both Jim and Mike were very pleasant to work with and seem very reasonable and fair.
