Always reliable, available, courteous, efficient and capable. Also, Rick's (the owner) explanations are never given in a condescending manner. He addresses women respectfully and takes as much time as necessary to help me understand the car and his work on it. He keeps me on the road and in my 8 yr old car, saving me the hassle of buying a new one!

Rick, the owner, is very competent but doesn't seem to do much work anymore since my 1st visit. He has a couple mechanics that barely speak English & don't seem to be certified mechanics in any way, shape or form. They charged me $2K just about to repair a oil pan gasket & clutch assembly. Rick went on vacation and left my vehicle that I have a lot of money invested in to get totally butchered by one of his mechanics. I complained the 1st day I picked the car up of a oil leak & a clutch that didn't seem corrected after having the complete clutch assembly & all necessary components replaced by them. Rick became down right rude & manipulative, taking absolutely no responsibility for a butchered car repair & refused to correct the problem that I paid him $2K to fix. He needs to stick to oil changes only! Anything more seems to be out of his team of mechanics' education and knowledge range. They flat out are inadequate!!!
