KEN'S PERFORMANCE IS A GREAT GARAGE. KEN IS THE MOST KNOWLEGABLE MECHANIC I HAVE EVER KNOWN. YOUR CAR WILL BE FIXED RIGHT AND YOU CAN BE SURE THAT NO UNNESSESARY REPAIRS ARE EVER DONE. A GODSEND HERE IN ORLANDO. THERE ARE MANY QUESTIONABLE SHOPS IN THIS CITY. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

One of the most responsive and honest garage's I have ever dealt with. I am a woman and they have never treated me as if I don't know the difference between a stearing wheel and a fly wheel. They are completely competent, friendly but most of all honest in their dealings with their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

GREAT SHOP! After another shop in town told me that we had to spend $3000 to replace our entire transmission, we brought it to Ken's who told us that it was just low on fluid. $50 and the car runs like new! That experience won me over to this shop! I'll bring my car here anytime!

I've had 4 different vehicles that Ken's worked on over the past 7 years, a Buick Lesabre, Buick Regal, Toyota Corolla and a Ford Windstar. 90% of the time he can look and listen and tell me exactly what the problem is. Started out with another mechanic who replaced a coil module in my Lesabre that didn't fix the problem, took it to Ken, he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed it, been going there ever since. If your car is older and needs a high priced part that costs more than the car's worth he'll find you a salvaged part if possible. Always honest (never does uneccessary work), explains things to you and if it's something simple that you can do yourself he'll tell you how. We've recently moved out of the area and dread having to find a new mechanic, he will be sorely missed. Thanx for everything Ken & Dave!

I have lived in Orlando for 3 1/2 years and until I found Ken I didn't trust a single mechanic I went to. As a single woman, it's difficult to find a mechanic you can trust. The moment I spoke with Ken and his staff I knew they were trustworthy people. Their prices are affordable and they didn't suggest that numerous things were wrong with my car (as so many mechanics have done in the past). I would highly recommend going to Ken's!

I'm typically intimidated by wrench jockeys, but these guys were really nice. I appreciated that they didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing too much about cars, and they explained exactly what they were doing. We also discussed other issues with the car that I was concerned about, but they didn't give me the hard sell, and I never felt pressured. Also, it's kinda cool that they're right next to a Target and a little shopping center, so I had something to do while waiting. Service was also very fast.

Do not take your car to Ken's Performance expecting to find a neat and organized garage with a spacious waiting room with TV and WiFi connection. Ken Wells, the owner of Ken's Performance, is focused on fixing cars. The clutter of his garage reminds me of the clutter of the workshop of an artist. He needed only 8 minutes to solve the transmission problem on my 1982 Cadillac, a problem that had confounded other mechanics. How lucky I was to have discovered this gem of a garage and this wonderful person named Ken Wells.
