This shop is the best volkswagen repair place I have ever found. They have extremely reasonable prices. I'm one of those people that likes to know exactly what was wrong, and they will explain what went wrong, what caused it, how to prevent it, and how much its going to cost. One time I just had a question and they replaced my brake light for free. The only down side for me is that its located on the other side of town. They don't like to charge you for things you don't need, so they usually don't even offer, which can be good and bad. Overall, smart people, good service, and cheap price!

Shannon was excellent! My daughter's car wouldn't start. At first I thought I wanted to fix it myself - I got it down to the fuel pump. I checked here first, after talking with Shannon, I wanted to take the car to him, but it was on the other side of town. I tried numerous places nearby, and finally bit the bullet for the tow across town (and I mean way across town as the car was near UCF.) It was well worth the drive. We got there at 6:00PM with the tow truck - they were still open. He must have had at least 20 VWs he was working on (OK there was this one 914....) He even had a 69 bug with an automatic transmission... but I digress. Shannon originally quoted me a number for the repair (assuming that the problem was what I said it was) and he wound coming in under his initial estimate. I will always have my daughter bring her car here and I suggest that anyone else with a VW do the same.

My 2000 VW Beetle GLS was running terribly and was very jerky. My husband was SURE that it was going to cost like tons of money to fix some terrible problem. I talked to Shannon on the phone and explained the problem, and he said right away that he thought it just needed new spark plugs and plug wires. He did the fix for super cheap and put in a new battery that he didn't even charge me for. The car runs great and Shannon saved the day. I NEVER go back to the dealership. He also replaced the shifter boot (cosmetic) which I had wanted done for years, but Royal VW said it was a $500 fix and Shannon did it for $50. Shannon is great and I would highly recommend him.

Billy is an certified mechanic who will come to your place to work on your car. He also has a shop for larger repairs. He doesn't charge extra for coming to you and he is courteous, efficient, and much lower priced than the area competition. He fixed my clutch and without my asking, he changed the oil and replaced the radiator fluid. Excellent service, an honest mechanic

They identified the problem quickly and repaired it in the time frame they stated, fixed a few other minor things such as a vacuum leak for no additional charge and explained everything extremely well. They only work on VW but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
