At half the cost of the local dealer for our Honda Civic and Toyota Prius, Rhodes Auto Body is a "Blue Ribbon Show" where my insurance company guarantees their work for the LIFE that I own the car. For instance, replacing the wheel bearings in the Honda Civic @ 125,000 miles was $1100 at the Honda Dealer, and $493.50 at Rhodes, using Honda parts from the dealer. As a pastor, I have recommended Rhodes to numerous members who have nothing but praises for this shop. They treat the female customers as well as the men, if not a tad better, especially if they bring brownies. When I bring brownies, they excuse themselves quickly, saying "we are really busy," but still treat me respectfully! However, I am suspicious that they are using my brownies to "repack" my wheel bearings! lol Bernard, the owner, goes the extra mile, informs a customer at every step, with a shop labor rate at about $46/hour. I only wish he was a physician, as he actually listens to my "complaints" and starts at the least expensive possible solution(s), unlike the local mechanics in Dunnellon where I live. Now, that's a thought, perhaps, I will start going to Rhodes Body Shop for my own medical needs? I could really use a couple of new fenders! lol But, it is not commonly known that this Body Shop performs a wide range of repairs that far exceed "body work."
