Only did one repair (water pump). Itr was a while back so I can't comment on the price, but it didn't seem too bad. The pump's worked 100% since. I plan on doing a A/C repair and a brake job with them in the near future. Also, they been in Naples for a *long* time for what it's worth.

They have worked on my vehicles since 1990. The nice part is that when they screw up they tell you. 99% of the time, they don't screw up. If asked they will take time to explain in complete detail what is wrong and the work to be done. They take pride in their work. All of their employees are instilled with a sense of honesty.

STRONG Customer service: My wife's car broke down one evening while I was deployed in Iraq. She was uncomfortable with the (unnamed) tow truck operator who arrived to take the car to Voights(not their service). She called the shop expressing her worry, and the mechanic stayed late to be sure she arrived safely, and he stayed until her ride picked her up. They also fixed the car quickly and at a reasonable price...even though it was a woman customer. I'd have to go against the wife to use a different shop!
