even though i have a pontiac bonneville, i've taken my car into ocean cadillac for routine maintenance, tire rotation, and a problem, once, with a braking noise. They gave me a loaner, for the day, at no additional cost, and corrected the problem. although the costs may be a few dollars more than other mechanics, you're treated like a human being. by the way, you're car is washed, after every service. braking. have

my brand new 2001 cadillac now has 6 pages of repairs.keep in mind that the car has every option including night vision, gps map screen, all the extras. i can't think of what wasn't repaired but I can say that ocean cadillac acted responsibility and with grace and dignity. since there were so many items replaced/repaired I got to know the many shop men and found them to be exceptional individuals who strive for perfection with an imperfect product.ocean cadillac is now my unoficial office as I am there so much. the coffee is fresh and free and even though the service manager appears to wince when I drive in I still get 5 star service and consultation. also factor in the free car wash inside and out and you gotta know I havn't paid for a car wash in over a year. among items replaced were power steering pump (2 times), steering wheel (developed a large crack) , air conditioning fan motors (3three times),failure of air conditioner (2-3 times), window motors (3 times 3 different windows),oil consumption was 1 quart per 400-500 miles so the engine was soaked and cleaned, rear suspension (2-3 times), seat heater (several times),the battery (replaced) is under the rear seat and had indigestion, it ate a hole in the floor (replaced), sunroof failure motor glide, front lights, air bags (2-3 times), computer that works brakes (replaced twice a $1,000 plus job), the brake diafram whatchacallit was replaced twice, too...various computer warnings that "service stability systems, and other items continue to come on (wiring problems)... some of these major failures were on the highway to north carolina so we got to see other dealers first hand. their coffee was not as good and some of their work had to be re done by ocean cadillac.in one case we spent a day at a dealer who failed to install an air conditioning motor fan under the dash they just couldn't do it despite 8 hours of effort, we had several vacations ruined and cut short.but I digress...even though I thought of hiring a tow truck to follow us on trips, I think the worst is behind us and when this car works it is a dream car...if you go to buy a car or need repair the people at ocean cadillac are a cut above all the rest. samuel messinger
