I recently bought a Saab 9-3 at a local used car dealer. Before we closed the deal I wanted to have the car looked over with a trained eye to make sure there was no issues that needed to be addressed. A week prior I had seen another Saab owner in the Publix parking lot and asked about how they liked their 9-3. In the course of conversation about the car they told me about "the Saab doctor" who services and repairs only Saabs in Melbourne. After hearing about Justin at Strictly Saab I decided to have him look over the car before I bought it. Justin came out to the dealership on a Saturday for the inspection. He took a fine tooth comb and went over the entire car noting anything even down to scratches and paint chips on the hood. He took out the spark plugs and checked to make sure the piston cylinders and gaskets were not leaking then took off an engine cover to make sure there was no tar build up inside the engine. It took him three hours to go though the entire car but wow he taught me a lot about the ins and outs of my car. He even gave me a $50 certificate from the inspection toward my next service at his shop. Justin takes care of my 9-3 and is by appointment only which is great. He works around my schedule and always arranges his schedule to mine. Anytime is available even on weekends. Repairs and service are always quick, usually while I wait. Once in Atlanta my car started to act up. I took it to a local shop there who said I needed at new coil pack at $450! I called Justin and told him what it was doing. He asked me a couple of questions and told me it was a shaft sensor which was less than $100. The garage refused to listen to me and changed the coil which did not change anything. They then changed the shaft sensor and it ran like new! Unfortunately they charged me for both parts even though the first did not help UGH!! He once even took a part off his car and installed it on mine so I was able to drive my car until the replacement arrived. When I am not able to bring the car by, he will even do house calls if able!! Where else do you get this kind of of service in 2009??
