I was on vacation in Florida and noticed a problem in my left front wheel of my 1999 F-150. After a few miles I knew that it was serious. B & B Auto & Truck was the repair shop that the local towns people recommended. I told the owner that I was looking for a hero. I explained the problem. He immediatly took it for a test ride and returned and removed a car from his only lift that he was working on and put mine in it's place. A local West Palm Beach, FL (my hometown)Ford place had put new brakes on one month before. The calipher bolts had fallen out of the left front brake. He had two very similar bolts which he said would hold until I got home. He wrote up a complete description of the issue and charged me $25. He apologized as he had to add a $2 credit card fee. I offered him $50 for his great service and helping my wife and I to continue to have a great vacation. He wouldn't even think of taking the extra offering. If this is typical of a small town service I am moving to the country. I was in an out, literally, in about 35 minutes. It was the best that I have ever been treated by an auto service.
