my son, who lives in another city is also a mechanic. i have checked with him on repairs, and he says jeff is always in line with whats really necessary and the cost he quotes me is appropriate. he always explains needed repairs to me, and has several times offered an alternative to an expensive repair. he has even told me when its time to ditch a car and not try to keep fixing it. this is an honest man who can be trusted, there is no hint of condescension because he is talkin g to a female who only knows where the key and the gas goes! i would and have recommend him to anyone.

Over the phone, Jeff said he could do a repair the dealer would have charged $950 for only $425. After having the car for an hour or so he called and said it would be only $260. Repairs were done later that same day. Besides saving us about $700, he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He has a new set of loyal customers.
