We have had Rob work on our several cars for quite a few years now. As a woman, I especially appreciate that he explains the problem, my options, and potential outcomes of my decisions without pressure tactics, aggressive sales techniques, or talking down to me. I don't recall him ever screwing up. I had a shimmy/vibration problem that turned out to have more than one cause. He worked his way from the most obvious/least expensive part of the problem. When my care developed a dreaded intermittent, obviously unrelated problem after a large service, he looked at it and tested it over a two day period. Because he couldn't reproduce it & thus fix it, he charged me nothing. When I had to visit his shop so that my car could be put on the lift rather than him working on it at my house, he and his family & staff were extremely gracious.
