A friend recommended Randy Lewis' shop to me when I was having a two part problem. The first was electrical (CCRM); the 2nd was undetermined and causing the car to run horribly (practically useless). I'd been given several different potential causes of the 2nd problem and after Randy fixed the electrical part I was so frustrated with not knowing exactly what else was wrong I was ready to get rid of the car. Randy generously and without ever having even met me as the car was towed to him, took on the task of determining the 2nd problem. After consulting with the neighboring muffler shop to ensure that it was not the catalyic converter, and calling upon friends for consultations, he found the problem - a loose PCM connection under the dash. He could have charged me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference considering how much effort he put in to solving the problem. However, his price was very reasonable and I will forever be grateful to him.
