RPM is a great garage at a great price. They're competent on all makes and models but gathered that they love GM and are especially fond of working on them. I took them my 2002 Z-71 because it was leaking oil. It was a simple fix, a loose drain plug. Some less scupulous folks might have made up something else. I was happy to see they didn't. They gave me an oil change, ran some diagnostics on some other aches and pains on the Chevy and explained my options in clear, easy to understand terms. No shade tree mechanics here, I highly recommend RPM.

They really treat you like an actual customer. This place was refered to us by one of our friends and we are yet to be dissapointed.

I have used this shop several times. The people are very nice, responsive, nice building and reception area, clean shop. The have more than one location. It is convenient to me. They are primarily a GM shop and use GM parts so they're not very cost competative from a part cost and they charge about the same labor price as GM down the street. They are quicker to get car repaired than waiting on long line at GM store.

Very informative called me frequently to give me updates on the progress of my repairs, a little pricey but worth it for the honesty, I reffered them to my brother and to my sister-in-law who both got there cars worked on there and were also very satisfied. phillips and shad road
