Sam and the staff are always friendly, honest and work hard to explain the problem and the solution. Sam's Automotive is place you can trust with your BMW!!!

When given a budget, will work to find ways to get it done when needed. BMW trained...only does BMWs. Worked on my last 3. Always busy--so schedule ahead for routine maintenance. Runs circles around the dealer....

Very competent professionals that were courteous and took the time to explain the needed repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled independent BMW repair shop in Jacksonville.

Sam's works only on BMWs. They came highly recommended by other local BMW owners. They replaced the air shocks in my car & were happy to use the shocks that I'd purchased elsewhere. Their final bill was far lower than I expected it to be & they did the work quickly. I'll definitely use them & recommend them again. I'm only sorry I didn't start using them sooner.
