A friend/co-worker recommended Keller's to me a number of years ago and I have had them work on all of my vehicles since then. If the problem was something that they did not feel compitant to work on (such as transmission) they were up front and gave me a suggestion on who to take it to. A couple of times I have gone in to have a stange sound/knock checked out and they test drove the vehicles, repaired the loose connections, and did not charge me. My wife now feels comfortable enough that when she has problems with her van she will call them and carry it in for repair with out having me do it. On two occasions when a old chevy truck that I was nursing alond died and would not crank they sent the mechanic to where it was at and started it and carried it to the shop with out extra cost. My experience has been very positive with this company and I freely recommend them to friends. Ron Rich

I had a flat tire and went around town looking for someone to fix it or if need be a replacement. Almost everyone said they couldn't fix it until the next day. Keller's Tire shop looked at it immediately even though they looked like they were fixing five cars in four stalls. They explained that the damage was severe but they could save the tire to be used as an emergency spare. This was great since I wasn't prepared to buy a new tire that day. I felt like they gave me an honest viable option not just tried to make a sale.

There was one occasion when I left the car with them for A/C repair, and because of parts delivery problems, they had to keep the car over the weekend. As luck would have it, one of their mechanics left a window rolled down; though it was inside the shop and secure, a squirrel or some other animal took a liking to the rear seat cushion and gnawed it unmercifully. When I called the damage to their attention (they hadn't noticed it), Mr. Keller did not quibble, but had the foam cushion repaired and upholstery matched and replaced, no charge. Besides doing excellent repair work, these folks make sure you are satisfied.
