Charlie Chilson is a great, honest man...and has a great garage. I became friends with him when he "romanced" my regular mechanic away from the local Chrysler-Plymouth dealer. Jack Sollito is, in my HUMBLE OPINION, the GREATEST Mopar mechanic there is !....and since I'm a Mopar-Man....He's my mechanic. Jack has worked on my cars for over 20 years.....(3 Fifth Avenues, a "K"-car, an "E"-class, a Dynasty....and now, a Jeep Cherokee). I would PROUDLY reccomend this garage to ANYONE !

Thank you for the excellent diagnosis and repair of my 2110 Ford Escape on December 18, 2009. I had been told that the oxygen sensors were the cause of my reduced gas mileage, and the reason that the car ran so poorly in cool weather. Charlie refused to simply replace the sensors without running some tests. The tests showed that the intake manifold gaskets were leaking, in addition to the weak oxygen sensors. While I was disappointed that the repairs cost more than I had expected, your price for the job was very reasonable. The car now runs like it did when it was new. I am very pleased with the service I received at your garage. Charlie promised that the work would be done by 1:30 PM, but to my surprise it was finished and ready to roll by 12:35. Excellent job.
