In the almost 8 yrs. I have been dealing with Ken, I have never been dissatisfied with either his work or his attitude. Prices are more than fair for this area. He's great.

I have only been to this shop one time. They are honest and only fix what needs to be fixed. They also charge the price for parts that they pay not book price. Very nice and quick. I would recomend to anyone.

Using recommendations from other Car Talk listeners, I chose to have my brakes replaced by Ken. His wife Diane runs the front office, as has been mentioned previously. She is friendly and efficient, and I felt I was in a good place and that they would take good care of my car's needs. I got the immediate impression that I was dealing with honest, competent people who depended on this shop for their livelihood. Without honesty and competence, they wouldn't have a business. (And they were busy enough to show that others also trusted them.) Not much later, Ken called and explained very thoroughly what he found once he took a look at my brakes. He gave me the choice of using high-end aftermarket parts or original equipment Acura parts, and explained the differences and price differential. Just a few hours after I authorized him to go ahead, he called back and told me that my car was ready. When I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised to find the bill much lower than I had expected. Ken took the time to explain how best to break in my new brakes for the first 100 miles or so to get the best service from them. I see absolutely no reason to go anywhere else for my (non- warranty) car repair needs. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
