These guys are so great. I'm a refugee from New England, and actually once had my car (Grandma's old Plymouth Reliant) over to Tom and Ray's Good News Garage in Cambridge (Our Fair City) MA. So when I got down here to sunny Florida with my well- seasoned (i.e., full of New England road salt and rust) 1999 Subaru Forester, I had high standards for a mechanic. Here's what's great about Sunrunner: they're straight with you. They'll tell you what they see under the hood and charge a fair price. Just this week I had a dealer quote a price north of $1,500, and potentially much more, to replace brake lines. (They said all that rust would make it a tough, expensive job.) Sunrunner charged me around $350 and did the work in a single morning. So now there are two garages to which I will tow a car any distance. North of the Mason-Dixon Line, I'll head back to Tom & Ray. But down South, it's Sunrunner.
