As a solo woman, one always considers whether or not a good, reliable mechanic can be found; particularly during a relocation from another state, as was my case. After checking around and talking with people, the name of this shop kept coming up. Any surprises are brought up and discussed mechanically and costwise first. Sometimes recommendations for particular services can be strongly suggested to be performed if discovered during other maintenance. An example: I took the car in for an oil change, tune-up and was called about cleaning the fuel injection system. A reasonable price was given, and results of not having this done were explained. I TRUST this shop.

Have always been treated with respect and quality service. Prices have always been more than fair and not once have I ever felt I'd been taken.

They may not be the cheapest shop in town but they do honor their warranties without hesitation or attempting any extra charges. They replaced an alternater in my truck and the installed remanufactured one was a dud. They gladly replaced it again. They will also do little extras once in while without charge. Knowing that the job was done right is worth the extra money.
