They fixed my 1991 BMW convertible's muffler at a much lower price than Monro's. They also checked the structure of the car and told what they think. Basically they told me nothing seems wrong. They could have fix something and charge me for it. But they're very honest and told me what it is. Honest and nice people to take your car to.

Seem to be honest and friendly - not intimidating. Have saved us thousands versus quotes we got elsewhere. Seem to care about quality. Follow-up phone call a week later after the repair by the mechanic was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend to anyone.

These are some of the most competent mechanics that I have ever had work on my car. The first time they had my car in the shop, they had the unfortunate luck to get into an accident with it while on a test drive. Their frank and honest handling of this situation has made me a customer for life and have referred several people there over the years. Their prices can be a little high, but they also have an excellent warranty on all work and back up the quality of what they do. We had a problem with another one of our vehicles, and it took several times back to figure out what exactly was wrong with it. When they finally figured it out, they told us to come and pick up the car but not to pay for it until WE were satisfied that the problem was fixed. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
