Vinny, the owner of Myrtle Avenue Repair, actually found my car. My mother had been going to his garage for a few months when I got my license and was looking for a car. We were buying privately and twice brought in a car and he looked it over free of charge (both times saying they had too many problems for it to be a good deal). After try number 2, he offered to keep his eye out at his eye out for a car. A week later we got a call from him saying that a customer was selling a Chevrolet in excellent condition. To make a long story short, the car was a steal, and still runs great (it's a 1996 Monte Carlo with 130K miles--pretty impressive that it's still doing so well). Vinny is incredibly fair, his labor prices are the cheapest I've seen, and he never, EVER, tries to push something you don't need. He always takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be done, so well that I've learned a thing or two about cars just from his explanations. His garage is also open on Saturdays, which is so convenient. I can't recommend this garage enough, their work is dynamite, their prices are the lowest you'll find in Fairfield County, and their staff is tremendously courteous and helpful. Two thumbs up, no question.

Vinny dose good work at a fair price. He has worked on all 4 of our cars, and we have always been pleased with his speed and knowledge.
