Hey these guys are great. It's a small shop. Jim is the only really presentable one i assume because although i hear lots of noise in the shop he's the only guy who comes to the front desk.

Jim, has worked on my Saab's Volvo's and even a Chevy. UGH He does a fine job. He called me after I paid for a repair and gave me back 168.00$ which was a screw up by the book keeper. davy

I appreciate: laid back environment, intelligent conversation, willingness to explain, patience, feeling of trust. And of course competence. Jim makes a bad day good and a good day better.

My car died on the road & I took it to Jim because it was a convenient location and a good friend had been very satisfied with his honesty and reliability. He was aware I have few $$ to work with. After he looked at my car, he explained what should be done for safety & reliability. There was also a repair that made sense to do because most of the labor was part of one of the major repairs. Jim indicated what I might like to have looked at when I could better afford it, indicating it did not affect safety or reliability, reliability being important to me.

It was a Friday afternoon, I was having a part fixed and the part came to the shop broken with the parts store closed for the weekend. They were out of loaners and I was to be without a car for the entire weekend. The owner gave me his personal(and expensive) vehicle to use for the weekend until my car was ready the following Monday. I couldn't have found someone more genuine in that sort of situation.
