driving back north after the christmas holiday my car broke down unexpectedly on interstate 91 and i was very fortunate that these guys were close by. i had walked almost two miles off the highway and up and down the large, business- lined street at the end of the nearest exit ramp trying to find a garage and when i finally found them they immediately got my car off the highway and to the shop, replaced the alternator and battery on the spot in about three hours -- and even changed the oil, all for a very reasonable price! because of their kindness and expertise i was able to get back home to boston that night and not have to lose time at work or spend money on a hotel. i'm very lucky to have stumbled upon this garage and would recommend them to anyone in the rocky hill area.

These guys hit the trifecta: professional, respectful, and amicable. The owner is an over-the-top ham, but he knows customer service, and he works it. His mechanic seems to be top notch; I brought them my very old 4WD with 260,000 miles on it and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem within 24 hours. I didn't have to wait for parts to be ordered and shipped, and when the work was going to take a couple hours longer than anticipated, he offered to drive me to work and pick me up. One note: their website says they're open Saturdays, which apparently is not true, but the owner met me anyway on a Saturday so I could pick up my vehicle.
