I have been having an intermittent problem with my Honda and Pierre has not been able to diagnose the problem. He would rather have me be frustrated with him for not being able to figure out the problem than to take an educated guess and "just throw parts at it" and run up my bill. It is frustrating but I respect him for it. Also he stands behind his work. If he screws up he will make it right without an extra charge. He is very honest and he does good work that he stands behind.

Pierre is great. Sure you pay a little more, but what price for a honest, competent technician like Pierre? I like when mechanics tries to talk me OUT of repairs. Pierre is a rare find. I would have never found them if it wasn't for this service on the web. Thanks!

Pierre is one excellent dude! If they were all like him the world would be a much better place. He correctly diagnosed a $85 part failure and fixed it. The same repair quoted by the dealer as a $1,200 repair that required a $800 part. Honest, efficient and most of all, competent. You know that's so hard to find these days.
