Whenever my car has had a problem or has needed routine service Ron has always been very helpful and always explains the repair or service. While it's very nice to deal with a competent repair shop I (a female) most appreciate being treated with respect.

I am a female and they treat me as if I know what I'm talking about ( which I do most of the time. ) The owner, Ron, makes sure that I know what is happening with my car when they have it, how long the job will take , and calls me if they have any unforeseen problems. They always offer me a ride to and from the shop, even though I live within walking distance. They call me when my car is ready, and more than once ,Ron has stayed after hours to wait for me if I couldn't make it in time. A few months ago, I had a problem with my car refusing to start. They charged the battery for me two separate times, and would not charge me any money because they had not solved the problem, which was eventually traced to an aging remote starter system I had in the car. Ron had warned me that the system meant trouble before this incident. The shop has never failed to fix the problem and satisfy this customer. P.S. My husband has his Toyota truck serviced there and is just as happy with them as I am. OK - all said and done - Ron's the man!
