Frank is incredibly friendly, honest, and patient. He has taken my car same day and returned it in hours when I've been in a time crunch due to school. I grew up spoiled by my dad tuning up and fixing my car. My dad would explain what he did so I didn't get swindled when the inevitable move-away happened. When I ask Frank what he's done/going to do, he takes the time to tell me, even showing me parts he's replaced and pointing out the good and bad. He guarantees his work, and came through on the promise when I had an oxygen sensor replaced & immediately go bad. I didn't pay at all for the second replacement and it was fixed same day. Highly recommended. The shop is not open on Sundays, but otherwise has regular neighborhood shop-type hours. Also, there are a few full service gas pumps where they always clean your windows as well!
