THE ONE THING THAT STANDS OUT ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THAT ON ONE JOB HE DID FOR ME HE LOST MONEY ON IT. HE TOLD ME WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR THAT HE HAD UNDER ESTAMATED THE PRICE BUT HE WOULD STICK WITH WHAT HE TOLD ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. BY WORD OF MOUTH IS HOW I FOUND OUT ABOUT "MASTER AUTO". Honest people doing honest work. Very knowledgeable and understanding, they took out the time to explain exactly what was wrong and did not want to sell me on something that I did not need, unlike the other company. I enjoyed going there and it was a great experience.

I have been a customer of Master Auto for many years, with numerous cars and problems and have always received courteous and satisfactory service. The owner and chief mechanic, John is very knowledgeable and competent.

These guys are straight shooters. It's truly unique these days to call a place and have a real person answer the phone--not only do they answer in person, they tell me to bring my car in at my convenience and actually begin working on it on the same day. Nine times out of ten my car is done within 24-48hrs--and work done right. Prices have always been fair and reasonable. Master Auto is big enough to fix my car issues like the dealers, but priced better and give me personal attention a dealership just can't provide. My thoughts are "Two thumbs Up!"

This is definately the shop to take your car. I have been a customer for several years and whatever problem i've had, they have been able to fix it. They're very courteous and knowledgeable when it comes to cars. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Master Auto Mechanics are highly trained, experienced, and easy to talk to. They're one of the best, if not THE best services in the area.

When the car manufacturer couldn't fix the problem they suggested taking the vehicle to Master Auto. In some 15 years of dealing with Master Auto I have always felt that they have done a good job and treated my wife and I (and son, daughters and niece) fairly and charged a reasonable price. They do the right job knowing how things "should" be done.
