Two years after Eurasian Auto replaced the muffler on my Mazda, I needed a new one. Rick said, "that muffler I installed was guaranteed for life, do you have the warrantee certificate?" I said "are you kidding, I don't know where my drivers license is". He said "let me look". He went to his files and pulled out the certificate for my muffler from two years ago. Great mechanic!

I have known the mechanic for many years and have found him entirely honest and competent. We struggled with a problem with a toyota truck which he could not find the answer too-- neither could anybody else--Rick did his best, put a great deal of effort into the problem and finally refunded all of my money---he says he is the LL Bean of the auto industry. But he is a very experienced mechanic and this was a really odd ball problem which could never be properly diagnosed because the problem never occurred when the car was in his shop.

We have been going there for years and they have always treated us honestly and fairly. They sometimes give us alternative means of repair so we can choose which is best for us at that time. We have never been talked into getting something repaired if it didn't really need it.

Jody and Rick are both great to work with, extremely fair and honest. Unfortunately I am moving and hope to find a shop as great as Eurasian Autoworks.

These guys are the best. They are competent, friendly, and honest. When they make a bad call, they admit it! Hell, they support (and listen to)public radio! How much can one expect from a mechanic?

Rick has been working on my husband's cars since the 80's, and my car(s) for almost 5 years. Always professional, always straight forward about the "it could be's...." when he's not sure of the problem. Communitcates in layman's terms (which is great for those of us who don't know the mechanic's lingo). Highly recommended.

The folks at Eurasian Autoworks really know what they are doing. They make car repairs and routine maintenance much less of a hassle for the car owner, and they do a great job every time.

Rick is the best. We'll be mighty sorry when he retires.

They have always been fast and reasonable. A little expensive but they are worth it as the job is done right or fixed at no charge. They are honest, they fixed my starter by putting in new contacts for $35 instead of charging me $140 to install a rebuilt starter. Saving me money gets my vote.

Jody is super and so is their mascot Lewis. They will find used parts for older vehicles which saves the consumer lots of dollars. I trust them completely... and they work on all cars with certified mechanics.

Nice folks, stand behind their work, and are great about explaining what's what. If there's a problem, Rick and the crew stand by it, even if it hurts. (I had a quirk with an MG brake that was just one of those things. I just *know* he lost money on that one. Not his fault, really !) Rick also has one of the great deadpan senses of humor-combine that with Jodi's slapstick, and it's as much fun as you can have while keeping the mechanical beasts running. Oh, then there's Louis-we all *know* he's the brains of the operation...

I have been a customer of Eurasian Autoworks for many years and they have aided me in taking all my many Nissan products to the 200,000 mile mark and,in many cases, beyond. I can say with all sincerity that they have been honest and fair with me on each and every vehicle repair. I will continue to bring my Nissans to Rick and company as long as they are available to me.

We have brought numerous cars there over the years, left for a bit because of the need of a second car, but always return. Not only are Rick and Jody honest and fair, but so are the mechanics that work for them and the used car salesperson that shares a spot in their building. You feel like you are part of a special group. Rick, you have a great group there. Must be doing something right!

I was told by the Mazda garage that is was an electrical problem. I was very worried that it would be a big bill but with the helpof your garage I was able to get my headlight fixed, coolant filled, new wiper blades and an oil change. your technician Jon realized that it was a bent pin in the headlight component. He worked his magic and got it bent back to where he could fix my headlight and not need a whole new one. again if it wasn't for Eurasian Autoworks I feel I would still have the Mazda garage having me believe it was an electrical problem. I cant thank them enough.

Stuck with a broken Tranny and towed in to Eurasian. Jody and Jon took great care of me and made me feel at home immediately. I would recommend them without hesitation!!
