Reviewers Comments:
They are very honest and don't do work that isn't necessary. Their mechanics are high quality and very friendly. All of my friends have had similar experiences and are very pleased.

They are hard working and honest and very friendly! When I was looking for a good shop a fellow recommended these people. I went to them and they fixed my car right up! Even when they had the wrong part they let me take my car and bring it back later. I had some work done on it again and they told me honestly what they felt needed to be changed. They have great response time to repairs and do jobs which I would think takes 2 days in 1 and still do a good job! Now that's what I call efficency! Thanks Guys! I recommend Metric Motors to all my friends!

I have a Toyota Camry and was referred to these guys - they helped me on a few occasions and I sent friends w/Toyota's to them. Now I have a Mercury Grand Marquis and am getting ready to give them a whirl w/the Canadian made car!

I was having some "engine problems" with my 86 Toyota Celica. I took it in, they looked at it, came out, and took me to the back of their shop. They showed me an adjustment screw under the hood and that was it. It took care of the problem. They could have told me anything, charged me what they wanted, but they didn't. They have always been fair, honest, and competent in their dealings with me.

I had taken my car to 3 other 'ase' mechanics. They all came up with a different diagnosis. With the help of several diy'ers, I came to the conclusion that my cv joint assembly was messed up. I took it to metric motors, explained the symptoms, and they had it diagnosed and fixed the same day. The price was very reasonable, and they even took the car to an alignment shop (it was pulling) w/o charging me a markup. I will go back.

Whenever we have moved to a new city, one of our most important challenges has been finding a good, honest mechanic for our vehicles. At Metric Motors, we have found the ideal auto repair shop. Its appearance is pristine--one would almost expect technicians walking around in white lab coats. The staff always takes time to explain what needs to be done, and all possible solutions are discussed, from the least to the most expensive. The ultimate test of Metric Motors happened a year or so ago. We brought in our Mazda and received a call diagnosing the problem. The projected cost was to have been around $200. When we arrived to pick up our car, however, the bill was for only $50. It turned out that something very simple had been at fault. In short, Metric Motors receives our highest recommendation!

Mike and his crew are friendly and fun. THe shop is clean & they will give a ride if needed. Mike also has the coolest motorcycle in town. A 2002 Harley V-rod. I have lived in Edmond for 18 years and I will use them first everytime.

I can't say enough compliments about this garage. They
beat the dealership prices by a long way and are honest
and friendly. They drop me off cheerfully at my work.
(The owner dropped me off the last time!)

Superb honesty and competency! They could easily have
charged me to fix a major computer problem which turned out
to be a Recall item. Instead, they had the car towed to the
Nissan dealer in Edmond for repair. Total time without the
car at both shops, only 1 day! Total bill: Tow Only! I
was delighted! It just doesn't get any better than that.

After a dealership told me of problems my car had, I took
it to Metric Motors. They thoroughly checked it out and
found the real problems (steering rack boots, not CV
joints; valve cover gasket leak, not the rear engine seal)
and fixed them after they discussed it with me. Gave an
accurate estimate up front and answered any and all
questions I had. I would highly recommend them!

Not only are they friendly and competent, they even took
the time to talk to me on buying a new car! I wouldn't
take my car any where else!

I agree with the other reviews here...Metric Motors is a
great little shop. They seem to know what they're doing,
charge a fair price, have a nice waiting room, and will drop
you off and pick you up if you need to go a few miles from
the shop.
I'll definitely go back for future service on my Camry.

Don't bother looking anywhere else. These guys are very
competent and straightforward. If something doesn't need
to be done, they let you know and save you some money
because they actually value their customers.
