Reviewers Comments:
Joe and his employees are the best. Always professional ,
always helpful and very good mechanics. Joe has worked on
all our family cars (all VW) and has kept them all running
and in top shape. One time one of our cars was towed to the
wrong repair shop and we were charged $2000 for the work.
Upon discussion with Joe, he actually got in the car and
drove it to the other shop and asked the other mechanic to
go over the bill. When all was said and done, Joe got the
$2000 bill down to about $1000. He confronted this
other "mechanic crook" and got us our money back. Being an
all woman family, he was a fantastic help with this type of
situation. I think the other guy saw an "older woman" come
in and took advantage. Joe would never do that. Great guy,
great shop, great service.

Joe and crew, The Passat ran great all day after I left
this a.m. Ran it to Brockton and back home tonight smooth
as could be. I am confident all is well and am very
pleased with the fine work that was done at a very good
price. (plus the extras of a few bulbs and the antifreeze
exchange- red carpet treatment!) I wanted you all to know
really I am very, very pleased and impressed with your
knowledge and skill. Thanks for checking me out this am
and reassuring me

I have a 1999 Jetta and have been without A/C for five years. When it stopped
working, I took it to the dealer, and they wanted more than 1K to replace the
compressor. I decided I could live without the A/C. After this heat wave of a
summer, I decided to finally get it fixed. I live near Joe's and have always
planned on visiting when I needed something fixed. I stopped in on a Friday
late afternoon. Joe told me to come back the next day, Saturday, around
11am. I showed up, and he tested a number of things and decided that the
compressor was indeed the problem. He found a used one and replaced it
that day. The final bill was $414. I am very grateful for stopping in and
amazed that he spent his Saturday fixing my car so I could have it for work on
Monday. Joe was very honest and explained everything to me. He also told
me that I had another problem that might cause my car to fail inspection.
However, he hooked my car up to the machine and showed me that I still pass
inspection. He told me to come by before I get it inspected, and he will make
sure it will pass. It was great to have him go through the trouble of
determining whether I should replace a part rather than insisting on it. I am
very impressed with Joe and his business. It is easy to see why he is always
busy! I won't hesitate to take my Jetta to Joe as soon as I need to!
