Reviewers Comments:
These guys take pride in their work and it shows! They
really care about the customer and make sure your satisfied.
Customer service like you don't see these days anymore.
Very technical minded, fair prices, and honest work. Their
not just going to replace a bunch of parts that aren't
needed.

Honestly, I hate cars. I hate fixing them and paying more
than I have to for service. The reality is that I when I
have to get my car fixed I go to A.A.S. because I know what
I'm getting and I don't get presented with all the extras at
checkout unless I was presented with the options first.
Honesty and integrity, you don't get that at the dealership.

Talk about convenient! They dropped me off in the morning,
looked at the car and gave me an estimate. They had all the
work done by the end of the work day, picked me up from work
- no rides from friends, no getting off early to deal with it.

Advance Auto Services is the best! John provides our
family with a fair price and not all the mark ups like the
other car service shops.
The best thing I like is about John is that he gives it to
you straight and is willing to educate his customers.
We have been sending our cars to John since 2000!

I've had a fair amount of work done with John and Steve at
this shop and they've always done good work. They've also
never told me that there are additional repairs that they
"found" while working on my car. They have also never
argued at all when it comes to warranty work. If you have a
problem with anything they've done the fix it for free and
you don't need to argue with them to get it at no cost.
Overall we couldn't be happier and would recommend the shop
to anyone.

In the course of a year, my wife and I went there 4-5 times
for our cars. We had no problems with the repair work they
did. and they didn't look at my junker and see dollar signs
either. I am quite satisfied with their work.

Not that bad and did a good inspection of the car, but left
me uncertain about one procedure I asked them to do. My car
has an in-tank fuel filter and rather than replace it (per
manual) they thought that it wasn't worth it "because most
people don't do it" (they also would have needed to order
the filter). Ok with me and I'll have another mechanic do
that later this summer.
