i LOVE moss motors. they were always extremely honest and helpful and informative. i'd still go there but my little jetta died through no fault of their's and now i have a car that they don't service. but they were awesome.

Now that the warranty has expired on my GTI, I have found the shop that's going to take care of my car as long as I have it. Small shop, no BS & about a block from BART. Charlotte, the woman you make your appointment with, deal with and pay is wonderful and not at all like the "Would you like a rose?" automatons at the SF dealer, Royal Motors. I'm very happy to have found this shop. And I found it here.
