Reviewers Comments:
Webster's came highly recommended to me by a co-worker several years ago. I put over 300,000 miles on my Volvo, thanks in part to Webster's. I'm now driving a Camry, which I've also entrusted to their care. This is a first-class operation. And, although their specialty is Mazda, the lot is always full of other imports.

Roger always makes you feel like you are the most important customer. Webster's will give you a ride to work if needed, and arrange for a pick up as well, at the end of the day.

Webster's have been rated the best mechanics in the Triad Area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point) for several consecutive years. This rating is by a reader's poll in a local magazine called Triad Style. A free publication that annual publishes a best of the best rated by readers.

Roger Webster has worked on my VWs an Mazdas in the past and he always did quality work. My dad has also taken his VW there for service. I am excited to see they are now working on other makes. You would be hard pressed to find a better service technician in Greensboro.

I am still working with him on replacing an engine, but I have been impressed with his honesty and courtesy.

I have a 1993 Twin-turbo Rx-7, R-1 edition. (The "R" stands for 'really way too much horse power'.) I'm a car nut, and I'm rediculously particular about my car. Webster's treats my car with the same care and attention that I would, if I knew how the heck to fix it. Webster's was voted "best garage" by the local paper several years in a row. Trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and very hard working. They offer a free shuttle to work too, which is great! Best mechanics I've ever worked with.

I have had this car in the shop at the dealership AND a local garage. The problem was never fixed. They could not find HOW to fix it. Webster's acted like they knew what was wrong the minute I began to explain why I was there! Indeed, the car works fine after a day in the shop, a major part replacement and some minor adjustments. Next, I'm going to call this place when my Mazda or Toyota needs help. Thank you Car Talk people--I found this shop from the comments rig

These guys are listed twice - The full name is Webster's Import Service LLC 306 Grumman Rd Greensboro NC 336-393-0023 (this didn't appear in your listing). My daughter's car died on the road, Webster's towed it and diagnosed it with a blown engine. The cost of the repair was about equal to the value of the car. We ended up shopping for another car and brought it to them for inspection. They gave it a full going-over and made some recommendations, WITHOUT A CHARGE. Roger said, "we don't charge customers for this". But he also hadn't charged for diagnosing the first car! When we need repair work, he has a new customer now!

May 2002 Roger Webster and his staff have gone out of their way to make sure that major oil leak in my Subaru Legacy was repaired promptly and correctly. Their prices seem very reasonable, and I am totally satisfied with the quality of the repair and the overall experience. I didn't realize that taking your car to a shop could be this painless.

I tried a number of the "good" shops in Greensboro and found Webster's after a long and frustrating experience with 2 other shops and my Volvo 240. Now I take my VW Passat to Webster's. They make appointments, and are fair and honest and I have never had to take my car back for a second try at fixing the same problem. Mr. Webster Sr. calls you the next day to make sure the service was complete and satisfactory! Highly recommended.

Roger has been working on my RX7 for many years and is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. Problems are always fixed the first time and no "additional" repairs are ever suggested. In fact, he has even talked me out of repairs that I thought were needed.

I loved reading all these reviews about Websters. My
experience, though limited, has been very positive. They
saved me about $250 on my 60,000 service compared to the
dealer's price for the same service. The free shuttle
service is so convenient and pleasant. I'm so glad a friend
recommended this shop.

Roger and his group are outstanding - taken all our cars there for the last 10 years.

I learned of Websters from this website but their
friendliness and honesty has made me a long time customer.
I was told I needed new CV joints from a quicky oil change
place and took the car to Roger to do the repair work. He
told me the CV boots/joints were fine and needed no repair.
That honesty made Websters the only place I take either of
our family vehicles for service of any sort. Thanks for a
job well done!

Take my word for it - this is the place to go. I trust
Roger and he has always fixed the problem. This may/may
not be the cheapest shop but he is knowledgable and
honest. They also give you rides to and from the shop

Very competent, I would not go to any other shop. We have
been a customer for years.
--reviewer #76344, 2006
These guys are a fair and honest repair shop. They won't be
the cheapest but it will be fixed and will be fixed right.

I am one of the owners and wanted to respond to the two of
the questions that are asked.
convenience- While we do not open on Saturdays and Sundays,
because we are a small independent family owned business,
we go the extra mile to take care of our customer's needs,
Monday -Friday. We open early,7:30 am and provide a shuttle
service that tops all. We take our customers to work,
home, school, the airport, or pretty much anywhere they need to go, so that their car is taken care of while they get on with
their daily endeavors.
When we built our shop, we knew it would be considered out of
the way for some folks in Greensboro, yet that's where the
available land was for purchase. There really is no reason
to let the location of our shop interfere with folks
getting great auto repair and maintenance.

We trust Roger Webster so much that we will not buy a car
that he does not recommend or can't repair. He ALWAYS has
our best interest in mind!!! We have said to our college
daughters, when you get to school find a "Roger" who you
can trust to work on your car.
