Reviewers Comments:

They are the best European shop in this area bar none, including the dealers. Have excellent equipment, very willing to help, technicians are second to none. Very business like, have racing experience and knowledge. Owner is very active in the business.

These folks know service, and are the best. They aren't the cheapest, but you know your car will be fixed right. Highly recommend them.

These people are AMAZING! If you drive a Porsche, Audi, BMW, Volvo, VW or Mercedes and live in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, there is no where better to take it. They are 5 STAR BOSCH service rated, have THREE ASE MASTER MECHANICS, and provide customer service that should be the model for the industry. Can you tell I've been impressed? Even the salespeople at the local dealership for the aforementioned makes admit that their own service department's service is poor and will refer people to Euro. Also recommended by the local Porsche, BMW, and Audi Quattro clubs.

I've been taking our cars to EuroMotorworks for nearly four years now and have always been pleased with the service and care. This shop knows what they're doing and takes the time to do it right, from repairs to customer care. I had searched long and hard for a good independent mechanic. My search ended when I found EuroMotorworks. I'm biased - but only after many scheduled services and repairs.

My experience with one of the technicians there has been very pleasing to say the least. Richard Morrow has to be one of (if not the Best) the BEST for these vehicles in the Midwest!!

They are (by far) the best auto shop (esp. on german vehicles) in the 100 mile radius of indianapolis. When you walk in you might go "holys**t this place is going to be expensive, but compared to the dealership and service shop in the shopping malls, they are more than reasonable. They know exactly what they are doing, and they know how to fix things right. Highly recommended. Period.

I've taken numerous cars to Euro since they opened. They do it right the first time. Great people doing great work.

Good but not cheap. About 20-25% off the BMW dealer's prices.

Good service, BUT very expensive. I took my two BMWs in for some routine service. The second time I had to wait around because the car wasn't ready when promised. I also got prices for them for some routine service on my Porsche. Amazingly, the dealer was actually cheaper. Here's the secret: the dealer will allow you to supply your own parts, including motor oil. EuroMotorworks will not. Since most of the price of an oil change on a Porsche is mark-up on the 10 quarts of motor oil, you can save a bundle by buying a case at Autozone. Same applies for other routine maintenance items as well. Order the OEM parts on-line and save a bundle. I'm not knocking these guys in any way except price. They're nice enough and competent (but then so are the dealer service departments I use). For my last couple of service visits, I've gone back to the dealer.

Impressive, clean shop. I only had my car worked on twice here before I moved out of the area, but they were helpful and answered my questions. They even gave me free advice when I called them from my new home and saved me some money on work I was having done at a new shop.

I was experiencing a pretty serious knock on my BMW transmission when it was downshifting. Seriously thought that my transmission was a goner. I went to Euro Motor Werks based on a neighbors recommendation. After doing an analysis, they called me and layed out the options step by step. 3 options with the 3rd being a new transmission. Luckily step 1 worked and my car's transmission is doing great. Very professional, honest, and great customer service. The loaner car is very useful. Not cheap but sometimes its worth the extra cash to get good work done.

They are very professional, courteous and honest. They explain exactly what is causing the problem and their recommendations for correction. As a woman, I have not observed any difference in how they interact with women or men. As my car is now 5 years old, they have helped me understand what maintenance and repairs I can expect in the future. Clean atttactive building and waiting room. Charges are moderately high, but my peace of mind makes it worthwhile. Loaner cars available for a minimal cost.

Terry has worked on my cars since his days at Giganti. He has kept my '80 Rabbit working well since it was new. I've recently had a couple of new cars which have been serviced by the dealer under warranty, but I look forward to getting back with him soon.
