I've always bought used vehicles and of course somebody's problem. That practice gives me plenty of opportunity to visit repair shops on a routine basis. Jim and his wife (who by the way is the best customer service person in Norwalk, OH) work their business very hard. Small and honest businesses such as this one are what make this country function.

Before becoming a Manufacturing Engineer, I was heavily involved with auto repair. My first college degree was in Automotive Technologies. If I don't work on my cars, Jim Williams works on my cars!

I have been takeing my deliverly truck to them for 10 years,and they are my first choice for repairs.
